466 metres of ascent over 2.19 km from the football pitch by Krafthallen to Heia — Harstad's old downhill hill, and the tour the town actually skis. The source notes that there are usually lights on the hill in the evening when there is snow, and that the mountain gives efficient vertical and a hut on the way worth more than a visit. From the car park by the football pitch — 63 m — the route runs along the left-hand side of the bog on a path through the forest: 113 m where the corridor stands. Then out of the trees and up the open field the summer path follows, 205 m.
