01 · Ascent

Start at the large car park by Hyndra bru below Trefta on Lykkjavegen, 893 m. The car park charges, paid by SMS or Vipps as signed on site. The first seven hundred metres share ground with groomed cross-country tracks; the route leaves the trail corridor as soon as it starts to climb. Cross the river and go up the slope on the west side.
