01 · Ascent

From the parking at Slettneset on Fjordvegen (fv 7768) the marked Blåmann trail heads west straight from the shoreline. The first hundred metres run on duckboards over bog; the forest lets go immediately, and from 56 m upwards you are in open terrain the rest of the way.
