1053 metres of ascent over only 3.27 km — Storfjellet rises straight out of Breivikeidet, and the line matches: evenly steep from the forest up, with the band from 500 to 600 m at 29.7 degrees and the steepest sustained stretch at 36.5. Fri Flyt rates it KAST 2 – Challenging with 30–40 degrees between 950 and 1040, a gully acting as a terrain trap in the valley — and an east face with a 1997 avalanche that took two lives. An anonymous mountain, says the second source, with varied descents and a fine view.

From the fv. 91 in the area where it crosses Storelva — 41 m on Breivikeidvegen, and 1089 minus 41 reconciles the source's 1050 vertical metres. You head toward Russevankskardet along the northeast side of the river valley: the band from 200 to 300 m measures 21.1 degrees, and the gully in the valley is the source's own hazard — it acts as a collecting funnel for avalanches off the surrounding slopes, so the line keeps to the valley side, not the floor. The forest ends at 455 m after 1.8 km, with open ground from 463.
